It's been a while...and my first RAK giveaway!!

Everytime I am away from my blog for a few days I always vow to never do it again, well guess what, life happens and sometimes you have to take care of your real life responsibilities first.

Finally Springtime!

Let me just begin with saying how thrilled I am that Spring is here!

It's been a week since I was able to scrap but I finally just locked myself in my room and got a few layouts done. (and stayed up until 3 AM)

My friend Julie sent me this adorable vintage milk cap and I couldn't wait to use it... (thanks Julie!!)

I made this layout of my oldest son, Koby. Isn't he handsome in his Easter attire?

Here is the lovely Miss Mia in my favorite photo I shot of her, I just love the daffodils!

This just may be the funniest layout I have ever made. You must read the journaling to understand!

Another one of Mia, the white lace paper is from the new Making Memories wedding line, I just glimmer misted it to match my page ;)

back in the saddle again

It has been days since I've blogged or even scrapped, last night I sayed up until 2 AM scrapping and it felt so great!!

Koby, Mia and Roman are finally better, thank God.

Sick kiddies are no fun.

Guess I'll share some of my creations

Here I am at age 4 in gymnastics:

I stumbled upon this photo of the boys in bed asleep with Mike and instantly felt the need to put it on a layout! I used Distress crackle paint on the chipboard flourish but it doesn't really show up in my photo.

Last, I will share my favorite
I absolutely love Sassafras's new Bungle Jungle line, it makes me feel like a kid again when I'm creating with it!
These pics of Roman were taken last May and I knew this was the perfect paper for them.
Believe it or not, Slow Ride by Foghat is Roman's favorite song.
He picked it up from Guitar Hero and sings it all the time!

We are so excited for Easter, I got some of the most awesome goodies to put in my kiddo's baskets! I won't lie, I can't wait to see them dressed in their Easter outfits too.

Manic Monday

Kids are still sick, ugh.

I cut it by hand and then painted the edges, it was time consuming but I'm so happy with the way it turned out!I've never been good at following sketches but I found the greatest site, Inspired Blueprints:http://inspiredblueprints.ning.com/ Here is my take on one of their newest sketches (#14)

Well the bug has hit our house with a vengeance.

All 3 kiddos are sick, and so am I :(

I have watched just about as many Disney movies as I can handle and we are going through Motrin like it's water.

Have you ever seen a fever as high as 104.7?

Please say a prayer for my little ones

Who else watched American Idol?
I'm so bummed that Megan went home, I really liked her funky style!

I can only imagine how much she missed her little boy, it's probably very bittersweet for her.
