Koby now has one less tooth.
He and Mia were rough-housing and in the mix the tooth came out.
Little did I know that at the time he also was chewing watermelon bubble gum...
Just so you know, I have always told my kids "No gum until you are 10", however this summer I have gotten a little relaxed with that rule. NEVER AGAIN!!
Somehow the gum got all over the couch and carpet...I was thrilled.
All I have to say is Thank God for Goo Gone!
Fast-forward to later that night...
Koby is getting ready for bed and super excited for the Tooth Fairy to come.
He puts his tooth in the little bag and places it under his pillow, and off to dreamland he goes.
I told myself, "Don't forget to get his tooth and leave some money!"
What did I go and do? Fall asleep!
Morning-
Koby runs into my room and says, "Mommy! My tooth is still there! She didn't come!"
Crap.
"Well Koby, I let her know that I wanted to keep your tooth this time. Surely she left you some money though!"
I stealthily run and grab some cash and put in under his pillow...
"See? It's right here!"
"oh! I didn't even see it Mama!"
phew!
Target had a ton of toys marked down 75% off so we picked up a giant bubble maker
Roman made the biggest bubbles of everyone, believe it or not!
What a CUTE tooth story!!! And those BUBBLES are HUGE! :):):):):):):):):):)
ReplyDeleteLOL! If you only knew how many times I concocted stories about the tooth fairy! I recall telling one EXACTLY like yours. I'm surprised my kiddos haven't called me out on it since they've gotten older! LOL!
ReplyDeleteLove those adorable pics!!! Have a wonderful weekend! xoxo L
